A Certified FM Professional whose career bridges nearly four decades of operational, tactical and strategic leadership.
Chrysalis FM was founded in 2026. That dual background of military precision fused with hard-won commercial acumen is the foundation of everything we do.
We have managed extensive multi-site estates, delivered £20m+ in efficiencies, built apprenticeship programmes from the ground up, and navigated complex business restructuring in high-pressure environments.
We established Chrysalis FM because the market needed something different: independent, specialist advisory without the overhead, the politics, or the compromise. We work directly with estates teams and boardrooms to close the gap between aspiration and operational reality.
Our approach is our values in action: Find the truth, Formulate the strategy, Fix the problem, Fortify the standard. We don't put them on a wall. We live them on every estate we work on.
Every recommendation we make is formed from data-driven results, not instinct or assumption. The aim is always the same: reduce costs, eradicate or minimise risk, and raise service quality, measurably and permanently.
